Brandy Nannini

Senior Vice President, Responsibility Initiatives

Brandy Nannini is the Senior Vice President, Responsibility Initiatives. In her role she manages all policy, government relations and traffic safety efforts.

She is responsible for relationships with Members of Congress, State Attorneys General, Federal agencies, governors, state legislators and agencies, as well as local elected officials. She oversees development of organizational policies and works collaboratively with partners to ensure effective policy implementation

Additionally, she supervises traffic safety program development and implementation as well as partner collaboration to eliminate impaired driving and is well known for her political acumen and strategy and her ability to build broad-based coalitions for greater impact.

Ms. Nannini began her career at the national office of Mothers Against Drunk Driving where she managed policy efforts, opened MADD’s first Washington, D.C. office, and directed advocacy efforts for the national .08 BAC law and many other state laws.

She also led state and national efforts to establish speeding and red light running laws. She is a member of the Washington Regional Alcohol Program.

Ms. Nannini is a Native Texan who graduated from Texas Christian University, and lives in Virginia. She loves to travel, volunteer in her community, and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Her favorite title is mom.
