Brian Kirkland

Director, Educational Programs

Brian Kirkland is the former Director of Educational Programs. He spent the previous ten years working with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) designing content for annual conferences, Laser Tag symposia (he’s not making that one up), and everything else in between.

Brian is originally from Pittsburgh, PA (go Pirates!). He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh (go Panthers!) with a BA in administration of justice, and also from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with an MA in criminology (grad school erased his memory of IUP’s mascot). Brian collects all the musical instruments he can squeeze into a 1000 square foot apartment, while shooing away his two cats that are always trying to eat his guitar cables.
