Kendra is a collaborative, strategic, People Leader with over 20 years progressive human resources leadership experience. Kendra has held roles in multiple industries and organizations, including government contracting, professional services, industrial engineering and manufacturing, non-profit, private, and public corporations of all sizes. She has proven success in managing holistic, human resources programs and services that align to the organizational business strategy.

Kendra joins DISCUS & Responsibility.org after 9 years at Smiths Group, a FTSE 100 corporation. Kendra most recently held the role of VP, Organization Development based at the Smiths headquarters in London, United Kingdom.

Kendra has a Bachelor Degree in French from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. Kendra has SPHR and SHRM-SCP Human Resources certifications.

Something you should know about Kendra? She loves to challenge herself to learn new things that push her outside her comfort zone. Recently she’s been learning to paint with acrylics, which sometimes pairs well with a good spirit!
