During the last 90, it #StartsWithMe

It's starting to feel like the holiday season. There's cold air and warm fires, but it also comes with a few responsibilities. Are you ready to line up rides from holiday parties? Have a glass of water and eat some turkey before another eggnog?

The last 90 days of the year are just as important as those you spend dedicated to your New Year's resolution. The last few months leading up to the ball drop, don’t drop the healthy lifestyle you hope to recharge January 1. Don’t want the extra halloween candy around? You can donate it to the troops or to a local food pantry or nursing home.

Imagine on January 1, you’ve already got a head start on your resolution? Whether it’s to eat healthier or pick up a new hobby, there’s only one person who can get ready for 2019: YOU. We encourage you to try something new these last 90 days! If 2019 is the time for the new you, why don’t you try something in 2018 that you’ve been meaning to do for the rest of the year? Checking it off will be oh-so-satisfying.

You’re the one who can make a difference in how you feel. You’re the one who will make sure you’re not drinking on an empty stomach, or getting behind the wheel impaired. Being aware of your actions can start right now: In this last 90 days of 2018. Make rules about drinking alcohol during the holidays that keep you on track, but are also not impossible to keep. If you slip up, don’t get discouraged, it’s the holidays! But plan ahead to get a safe ride home.

Our #StartsWithMe campaign focuses on this idea that you have the power to instill healthy habits and make smart decisions in your life. Be the change you want to see in yourself because 2019 will be here before you know it. We’re rooting for you. We’re excited to see how you make the holidays special and responsible. Share with us using #StartsWithMe.

Happy (almost) holidays.
