Find your #HolidayZen during @TalkEarly's Twitter Party next week!

Santa and Mrs. Claus have magic to help them make it through the holiday season unscathed. Unfortunately, most of us don’t have that luxury!

Too often, we find ourselves all but pulling our hair out over all of the things we have going on in such a short period of time — the kids’ school holiday parties, holiday fundraisers, decorating the house, making travel arrangements, planning for holiday parties, and buying presents for the kids, their teachers, our siblings, our parents, our cousins, the stranger we met at the supermarket last week, you name it. Needless to say, we all have a lot going on this time of year, and, honestly, it’s nothing short of a miracle that we’re not all bald come New Year’s Day.

Research shows that the average American spends 42 hours on holiday activities at this time of year. In the midst of traveling, decorating, buying gifts, and hosting and attending holiday parties, it can be a challenge to find a few relaxing moments to yourself.

To that end, our @TalkEarly program will host a Twitter party to discuss ways we can slow down, manage holiday stress, and trade secrets and strategies to find our #HolidayZen this season.

Our holiday wish is to empower one another to find Holiday Zen this season! Join @TalkEarly on Wednesday, Dec. 4, from 1 to 2 p.m. (EST) to share your tips and strategies using #HolidayZen.
