IKnowEverything featured at FCCLA National Leadership Conference this week

This week, we are participating in Family, Career and Community Leaders of America’s (FCCLA) annual National Leadership Conference held in San Antonio, TX.

The Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility (Responsibility.org) will be featured during the Opening General Session to talk about our partnership with FCCLA on the IKnowEverything program. We will formally announce 3 chapter awards for hosting the IKnowEverything Challenge earlier this year. Also, as a sponsor of their VIP Reception, Responsibility.org will have the opportunity to talk about our organization with exhibitors, other sponsors and notable attendees.

Our booth will highlight the IKnowEverything program and our Instagram contest for #FCCLANLC attendees. Student attendees at the conference have the chance to win a set of Beats headphones, and the chapter with the most posts will win $500! In order to qualify, the student must follow @IKnowEverything on Instagram and post a photo or video on Instagram during NLC about a tip for teen driver safety between 9 a.m. Monday, July 7, and 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 9.

The post must:

1.       Tag @IKnowEverything,

2.       Use hashtags #ikebeats and #FCCLANLC,

3.       Mention their chapter’s name, and

4.       Include a teen driving safety fact or tip.

The winner will be chosen and announced on Thursday, July 10th.

Finally, we will be doing our IKnowEverything Challenge event at a workshop at the conference on Wednesday, July 9th. The IKnowEverything Challenge is an interactive game show style event in which attendees use handheld devices to answer questions about safe driving practices in order to raise awareness on the gaps in the teens’ safe driving knowledge.

Follow @IKnowEverything for real time updates from #FCCLANLC in San Antonio! You can also find IKnowEverything on FacebookInstagram and Pinterest.
