Man Gets 10 Years for Drunk Driving That Killed Passenger

After hitting a guard rail and crashing, throwing his female passenger to her death, a motorcyclist registered a .20 percent blood-alcohol content and was sentenced to 10 years in state prison for gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and DUI causing injury.
