Attorney General Mike DeWine Recognized With The Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility’s 2013 Leadership Award
WASHINGTON, DC--Today, The Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility, a national not-for-profit organization funded by distillers dedicated to fighting drunk driving and underage drinking, recognized Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine with its 2013 Leadership Award. During his tenure he has shown an outstanding commitment to fighting drunk driving and underage drinking in Ohio.
Attorney General Mike DeWine has been one of the nation’s strongest leaders in the fight to stop underage drinking and drunk driving. The Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility has worked with him for many years and are pleased to continue working with him to educate Ohio parents and children about the dangers of underage drinking and drunk driving. Using traditional and social media, Attorney General DeWine shared a message in April during Alcohol Awareness Month that encouraged parents to have the important conversation with their children about illegal underage drinking.
