Kendra Goode Carroll Named Chief People Officer at Distilled Spirits Council of the United States and Responsibility.org
Washington, D.C. - The Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS) and Responsibility.org today announced Kendra Goode Carroll as the new Chief People Officer for both organizations.
Carroll will oversee all aspects of human resources and will implement strategies to develop and promote best practices in human resources management, operations, organizational development and talent management and talent acquisition.

Carroll’s background spans all facets of human resources strategy and operations, having held leading roles across multiple industries, including government contracting, professional services, industrial engineering and manufacturing—including non-profit, private, and public corporations of all sizes. She previously served as Vice President of Organizational Development for Smiths Group, a London-based engineering company.

Carroll holds a bachelor’s degree in French from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University. Carroll is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by HRCI, and she is a Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional.
