Police: Bristol Man's BAC Nearly 5 Times Legal Limit After Crash

Striking a vehicle and registering a .3580 blood alcohol content (BAC) after doing so, a Bristol man was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, evading responsibility in an accident, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to maintain his lane and operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
