Saying Yes to a Healthy Lifestyle with Congressman Veasey

Yesterday, the Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility participated in Congressman Marc Veasey’s Health and Fitness Expo in the foyer of the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington, D.C.

We were extremely pleased to participate in the event, as it highlighted the importance of a healthy lifestyle and making responsible decisions. It also allowed us to promote the message of responsibility to Members of Congress, Congressional staff, visitors and other exhibitors.

We would like to thank Congressman Veasey for making the expo possible and taking the time to visit with us. We enjoyed speaking with everyone who came to our table to pick up materials and learn about our programs and resources. We hope that you will enjoy them and they will provide you with ways to start a conversation about ways to say “yes” to a healthy lifestyle and “no” to underage drinking with your kids, your peers, or in your community.
