Alcohol Responsibility Month is a time to reflect on the choices that keep us, and those around us, safe. Responsibility starts wherever you are: at home, at work, on the road, and in your community.
In April—and beyond—remember that you are an ambassador of responsibility.
Alcohol responsibility looks different for all of us:
📍A twenty-something meeting up with friends to watch a game and planning ahead to take a cab home.
📍A parent having a direct conversation with their daughter about how to say “NO” to being offered a drink at a party.
📍A friend arranging to be the designated driver so that everyone gets home safely.
📍Making sure your party has a variety of beverages so everyone feels included.
📍A mom knowing how to answer, “Can I have a sip of that?” when her kindergartener asks for a sip of her wine.
📍A bartender helping explain what “low proof” means on a cocktail menu.
Throughout the month, we want to hear from you!
