Erin Hildreth

Vice President, Communications

Erin Hildreth joined Responsibility.org in 2017, and currently serves as the Vice President of Communications. Her role leading the communications department includes creating, implementing and evaluating the organization’s overall communications strategies under all three mission categories. Overseeing social media, public relations, external communications, and influencer programs, Erin works alongside the communications team with attention to branding, consistency, impact, and return on investment. She is dedicated to working across all departments to elevate the importance of instilling responsible lifestyle behaviors and responsible actions for all. Erin brings an expertise in project management, process implementation, and strategic thinking to every campaign and thrives on teamwork and creative communications. She enjoys collaborative thinking, tackling challenging situations, and helping others find their greatest potential.  

Prior to her time at Responsibility.org, Erin worked in marketing, advertising, communications, and digital resources in the non-profit sector for the eyewear industry, medical device distributors, and America’s independent grocers. Erin has a bachelor’s degree from The College of William & Mary in business and marketing. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, and raised in southeastern Virginia, Erin now resides in Fairfax, with her husband and two children. She serves as president of the board of Rutherford Civic Association, a member of the PTA, and a birthday cake baker for underprivileged youth.
