Noah Brooks: FCCLA excited to team up with IKnowEverything to make roads safer

This year, Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) and The Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility have joined together to help the IKnowEverything campaign reach its goal. FCCLA is excited about the partnership, as we believe that if we keep the roads safe today, we will have stronger families tomorrow.

FCCLA is the only Career and Technical Student Organization with family as its central focus. Because FCCLA is a student led organization, we know that the partnership will impact families and save lives throughout the country. The youth of FCCLA are especially excited about the new partnership because it ties in so directly to our national program – Families Acting for Community Traffic Safety – and the resources that the IKnowEverything campaign provides support this program so well.

As the FCCLA’s National Cluster Meetings roll around, FCCLA will release applications for chapters, so they can sign up to hold an assembly at their school using these IKnowEverything resources. The assemblies will be aimed at students between permit age and license age. Not only will they be educational, but they will be interactive and fun!

As FCCLA and The Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility begin this new partnership, we are excited to make roads safer through the IKnowEverything campaign and the FCCLA National Program Families Acting for Community Traffic Safety (FACTS). Through this partnership we will not only save thousands of lives but also strengthen families. FCCLA is looking forward to everything that we will accomplish as partners. If you are interested in the partnership and would like to learn more, please feel free to contact me at [email protected].

National FCCLA Vice President of Programs
