Chelsea Woodall
Director of Instructional Technology and Online Education, NCSC
Chelsea Woodall is the Director of Creating Learning Services at the National Center for State Courts (NCSC). She designs all of the Institute for Court Management’s online courses and creates other rich media applications that extend and enhance course development and delivery. She joined NCSC in 2008 having previously worked as a Multimedia Producer at the Daily Press and the Virginia Gazette.
Chelsea holds a B.A. in English Literature from the College of William & Mary.
