Helen Gaynor

Lead, Education and Outreach,

Helen joined the team as Educational Programs Associate in the winter of 2016. In this role, she supports program efforts through research and building stakeholder participation particularly to reach teachers, parents and students.

Originally from Philadelphia, Helen has spent the past five years in Washington, DC. She graduated from the George Washington University in May of 2015 having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and International Affairs with a Global Health Concentration. In college, Helen worked as a health educator with a nonprofit, teaching alcohol education, decision-making, and communication skills to ninth grade students in DC public schools. She’s thrilled to continue exploring her interests in behavioral health and education with the team.

On the weekends you can probably find her restocking her Diet Coke supply and pondering where Chip Kelly went wrong.
